We design and build websites for businesses in Malaysia — from a single marketing site to a multi-location platform with booking or enquiry systems built in. Every project starts from what the site needs to achieve, rather than from a template. That is the difference between a website that looks finished and one that does the job it was bought for.
Web design
Design begins with the objective. A property launch needs to take a buyer from first interest to a registered enquiry. A clinic needs a patient to find the right information and book an appointment. A hotel group needs a guest to reach the booking engine quickly. Each of those is a different site, and none of them comes out of the same template.
We handle creative direction and interface design together: the page structure, the typography, and the path a visitor takes through the site. The result is a set of templates your own team can extend, so adding a new unit type, location or page does not require us.
Web development
We build the front end and the back end, then deploy to production. Where a project needs something connected — a third-party booking engine, enquiry forms routed to the right inbox, or a second language — it is built in rather than added afterwards.
We use WordPress when a client needs to manage content day to day, and a custom build when the site has to do something a content management system would limit. Most clients do not mind which, and that is reasonable. What matters is that the site performs and returns something.
How the work runs
Six stages, in order. Each one depends on the one before it, and nothing goes live until you have tested it yourself.
Discussion and requirements
We start with the objective: what the business needs the site to achieve, and what a good outcome looks like. Everything after this depends on getting that right.
Design
We translate the requirements into a design, then go through it with you and adjust until it is aligned.
Development
We build the site or the web application, front end and back end.
Testing
Not only the interface. We test SEO and performance as well, and then you test it yourself — nothing goes live on our word alone.
Launch
Once you give the green light, we deploy to production.
Server setup, where a project needs it
Some projects also need the server prepared and configured. We handle that as part of the work rather than leaving it with you.
Who this is for
Businesses that need the website to do a specific job: sell a development, fill a clinic's appointment book, or bring a hotel group's bookings in directly. Usually we are speaking with the owner or founder, the marketing lead, or whoever has been made responsible for the website.
We do not take unpaid work, or projects offered in exchange for exposure. We also do not publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on what the site has to do. Tell us the budget you have and we will tell you honestly what it covers, and what it does not.
